What do we expect from you?

The role is multidimensional having both strategic and operational responsibilities. It is diverse, allowing you the opportunity to showcase and improve in a multitude of skills like:

At the strategic level, we expect you to:

  • Maintain high efficiency in the overall project execution.
  • Align with the client’s business goals and translate the same to the project team.
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Utilize the potential to upscale client partnerships.
  • Ensure long term profitability of projects.

At an operational level, we expect you to:

  • Plan capacity and resources based on the project requirements.
  • Process a requirement from its most basic raw nature into a full-blown solution with the help of the project team.
  • Work with the project team to scope, plan, estimate, execute and release the project deliverables.
  • Organize and lead planning, review and retro meetings with the project team.
  • Communicate with the client as required.
  • Maintain a clear channel of communication where all stakeholders are always informed of relevant project details.
  • Organize different project spaces for documentation, communication and project execution. The tools we currently use are:
    • Notion for documentation
    • Slack for communication
    • Jira for project execution
  • Support the project team by ensuring that the team’s basic needs to deliver the project are always met.
  • Review project progress and important project metrics to address the impediments inferred.

As a leader, we expect you to:

  • Develop a strong rapport with your project team members
  • Set clear goals and expectations with the project team members.
  • Keep the team morale high in challenging times.

What do you need to have?

We are not big on credentials. An MBA or graduating from a prestigious university is not something we spend much time looking for. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here.

Absolute requirements:

  • Open to complete remote work
  • A well functioning laptop.

Salary Range

INR 6,00,000 to 8,40,000 per year
